Powder Flow Rate Tester
H-Flow measures the flow rate of metal powders using Hall (2.5 mm) and Carney (5.0 mm) funnels. The flow time of a 50 g sample is reported in s/50g, in accordance with ASTM B213 and ISO 4490.

H-Flow is a simple, robust test setup measuring flow time through calibrated Hall and Carney funnel orifices.

The Hall funnel has a 2.5 mm orifice and the Carney funnel a 5.0 mm orifice. Low-flow powders that do not pass the Hall funnel are tested with the Carney funnel.
The standard test uses a 50 g sample; the result is reported as flow time in s/50g.
Powders that do not pass the Hall funnel are tested with the wider 5.0 mm Carney funnel.
H-Flow measures flow rate in accordance with ASTM B213 and ISO 4490.
The set includes both Hall and Carney funnels; the appropriate funnel is selected according to the powder's flowability.
