Technical Q&A

The Minor 200 sieves dry powders and granular materials from 38 µm to 125 mm. It is not suitable for wet sieving.

The Minor 200 is optimised for a simple, cost-effective dry sieving workflow. For wet sieving applications, the Octagon 200 is recommended.

Up to 8 full-height or 16 half-height 200 mm (8 inch) sieves. A minimum of 2 full-height sieves is required. 100 mm (3 inch) sieves are also supported.

The unit weighs only ~16–17 kg thanks to its electromagnetic drive (no rotating parts) and compact benchtop housing. With the clamping belt removed it stores in spaces under 200 mm high.

The Minor 200 is CE marked and meets the requirements of AASHTO T 27.
