Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press
The EQP-30 produces stable pellets for XRF and FTIR KBr analysis at up to 30 tonnes of hydraulic pressure — with no electrical connection required. Its compact benchtop design and two polycarbonate safety guards make it suitable for space-constrained laboratories. An analogue pressure gauge keeps pressure directly visible to the operator.
Manual Control + Safety Design
The EQP-30 is a robust solution for laboratories that do not need digital controls or electrical infrastructure. The analogue gauge provides real-time pressure visibility; two polycarbonate guards protect the operator throughout the pressing cycle.
Accessories & Consumables

Application Areas
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The EQP-30 runs entirely on a manual hydraulic system — no electrical supply or external motor is required. It works reliably in locations with limited or unreliable power infrastructure.
Yes. The EQP-30's wide die compatibility allows small-diameter toolsets (e.g. 13 mm) to be used, making it suitable for pressing transparent, high-transmittance KBr pellets for FTIR spectrometers.
The EQP-30 includes an automatic pressure relief valve. If the maximum capacity is exceeded or the valve is released, the system vents safely — preventing damage to both the instrument and the sample.
The instrument measures 410 × 315 × 200 mm and weighs 56 kg. Since no electrical infrastructure is required, it can be placed on any laboratory bench and put into use immediately.
