Vibratory Ring Principle Acoustic Enclosure Frequency Inverter Motor 5-Program Memory Automatic Lid Lock

The EQR-200 uses pressure and friction between a ring and puck set to reduce samples to sub-45 µm in under 60 seconds. Its sound-absorbing acoustic enclosure keeps laboratory noise levels low, while the automatic lid interlock prevents access until the motor has fully stopped.

The EQR-200's dedicated acoustic enclosure absorbs vibration and sound. The frequency-inverter-driven asynchronous motor provides gradual acceleration and deceleration, reducing both mechanical stress and noise floor.

Common Questions

With the right bowl and program combination, most samples reach sub-45 µm in under 60 seconds. For harder materials, times may be longer; the recommended maximum cycle is 120 seconds.

The dedicated acoustic enclosure absorbs vibration and sound. The EQR-200 operates within standard laboratory noise levels in both analytical labs and production environments.

For XRF analyses targeting Fe, Cr, or Mn, steel bowl contamination can affect results. Tungsten carbide bowls are recommended for these applications.
