Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Pellet Press
The EQP-110 produces 40 mm pressed pellets for XRF analysis — crack-free and stable. Its double-cycle pressing system removes trapped gases, improving surface flatness. The instrument design physically prevents access to the pressing zone during operation, eliminating the need for a safety door.
Double-Cycle Pressing + Inherently Safe Design
The EQP-110's double-cycle system removes trapped gases from the pellet, preventing surface cracks and irregularities. No safety door is needed because the instrument geometry physically prevents access to the pressing zone during the pressing cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
The mechanical design of the EQP-110 structurally prevents the operator from accessing the pressing zone during the pressing cycle. With no pinch or crush risk, a safety door is not required — operation is both safer and faster.
In XRF analysis, a flat and defect-free surface is critical. The double cycle evacuates air and gas bubbles trapped in the pellet during the first compression stroke. The result is a crack-resistant pellet with high surface quality and improved measurement accuracy.
The standard die diameter is 40 mm. This is directly compatible with the majority of industrial XRF spectrometers.
Up to 60 pellets per hour can be produced, covering routine sample preparation loads in high-throughput laboratory environments.
