Sample Preparation Equipment
The EQJ-100 and EQJ-200 are jaw crushers designed to prepare hard and brittle samples for secondary grinding. Two models: a compact bench-top unit and a high-capacity industrial crusher.
EQJ-100 Jaw Crusher
The EQJ-100 is designed for standard laboratory environments. It handles samples up to 50 mm and reduces them below 1 mm. Intuitive to use, low maintenance.
EQJ-200 Jaw Crusher
The EQJ-200 is a heavy-duty model for high-throughput facilities. It accepts samples up to 110 mm and processes up to 5 kg per minute in continuous operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Usually no. Jaw crushers perform primary size reduction only. Before analysis on instruments such as XRF or XRD spectrometers, the crushed output (1 mm to 10 mm) must be further reduced to micron level (<45 µm) using a disc mill (e.g. EQR-200) or a ball mill.
The EQJ-100 is a compact bench-top model for standard laboratory use; it processes samples up to 50 mm in batch mode. The EQJ-200 is a heavy-duty industrial model designed for high-throughput facilities: it accepts feed up to 110 mm and delivers continuous throughput of up to 5 kg per minute.
No. The purpose-designed anti-rebound feed hopper prevents material from ejecting out of the crushing chamber. Safe sample feeding is possible even while the machine is in operation.
No. The EQJ-200 jaws are made from manganese steel, the standard wear-resistant material in the mining industry. Even extremely hard ferro-alloys such as refined FeCr can be crushed without damaging the jaws.
