Anti-Rebound Feed Hopper

The EQJ-100 is designed for standard laboratory environments. It handles samples up to 50 mm and reduces them below 1 mm. Intuitive to use, low maintenance.

The 1.5 HP eccentric shaft creates an elliptical motion between the fixed and movable jaws, maximizing crushing efficiency.

Usually no. Jaw crushers perform primary size reduction only. Before analysis on instruments such as XRF or XRD spectrometers, the crushed output (1 mm to 10 mm) must be further reduced to micron level (<45 µm) using a disc mill (e.g. EQR-200) or a ball mill.
