The Octagon 200 is an electromagnetic 3D sieve shaker for all sieve analysis applications requiring high repeatability in laboratory and field conditions. Compact, portable, and built to handle a 3 kg sample load across 8 full-height sieves. Suitable for wet and dry sieving across the full 20 µm to 125 mm range.

Operating Principle
The combination of electromagnetic drive and three-dimensional movement distributes the sample evenly across the entire sieve surface — preventing blinding and delivering high separation efficiency fast.

The Octagon 200 offers 10-step digital amplitude adjustment. The Octagon 200CL adds Closed Loop amplitude control to 0.1 mm precision, along with an RS232 interface and full SieveWare software compatibility for digital data management.
3D sieving motion moves the sample simultaneously in both horizontal and vertical directions, distributing it evenly over the entire sieve surface. Compared to single-axis shaking, this delivers higher separation efficiency in less time and prevents mesh blinding.
